# HDG University

> Apprenticeship pipeline connecting Texas Independent School Districts (ISDs) and regional employers. Students start a pre-apprenticeship in their junior year, run an employer-built paid apprenticeship in their senior year, and graduate directly into a career — no college debt required.

## How the model works

1. **Junior year — Pre-apprenticeship.** Students complete free intro courses and an employer-aligned pre-apprenticeship inside their ISD.
2. **Senior year — Paid apprenticeship.** Students enter an employer-built, registered apprenticeship while finishing high school.
3. **Graduation day — Direct hire.** Students walk across the stage and into a full-time job with the partner employer.
